Baking has been shared with me from an early age. My loving grandmother, Muka, and my mother guided me and let me thrive in this hobby. They played a huge role in my development, even encouraging me to continue even after messing up, like putting a tablespoon of salt in a batch of cookies. Baking is my love language, creating and sharing sweet treats is my favorite act of service. So what better way to share more of my baking then sharing my recipes online in a more accessible way!
The name "Little Lady Bakery" comes from my height. Coming from a rather short family, I too, am really short. At 4 foot and 11 inches, people tend to notice that I am slightly shorter than the average female height. So, when one day, an old Italian man at his local grocery store addressed me as "little lady" multiple times through out my visit, I found the phrase to be so insanely funny that it stuck. I have had many of nicknames pertaining to my height throughout my life but the way this man said it just struck gold in my heart. So hence forth, I am the little lady baker.
